Ioannis Kordis built the GymMe app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). Protecting your privacy is our top priority. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed with strict privacy principles in mind. The Application DOES NOT collect, store, log, or transmit any personal information or user data to any external servers.

Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration
The Application integrates with Apple's HealthKit to provide core fitness tracking features:

• Read Access: The Application requests access to read your heart rate data to display live workout intensity on your Apple Watch.
• Write Access: The iOS Application requests access to write workout data and active energy burned (calories) to save your sessions directly to Apple Health.

Your health data is used exclusively for these local, in-app features. We do not transmit, collect, or store your HealthKit data on external servers. We do not sell your health data to third parties, nor do we use it for advertising or marketing purposes. All health data remains securely on your device and is managed by Apple's native Health app.

Local Data Storage
Any data generated during your use of the Application (such as user preferences or exported files) is stored strictly and exclusively locally on your device. We have no access to this data whatsoever.

Third-Party Services
The Application does not utilize any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising networks.
